Tile Form Sheeting
Our Dutch Tile-effect steel roof sheets are designed to give that traditional tiled roof look with the benefits and ease of installation of modern coated steel sheeting.
Our classic pan tile form roofing sheets are available in a 0.5mm gauge single skin sheet, in custom lengths up to 6 metres with a 1.100m cover when lapped or as an insulated panel system with core depths between 40mm – 100mm and a standard lapped cover of 1.000m.
Pan tile is available in both gauges 0.5mm & 0.7mm, & cover widths of 1.100m & 1.000m
As well as being strong and low maintenance they offer a lightweight, easy to handle solution to meet the specifications of your roofing project.
Available in two finishes, Polyester painted or long lasting Plastisol (leathergrain) finish in various colours with Terracotta Red – BS 04C39 and Anthracite Dark Grey – RAL 7016 being your classic roofing favourites, meaning you can find the best roofing solution for your agricultural building, domestic garage or workshop and much more.

Add Anti-Condensation Backing to Your Roof Sheets
Condensation can be a problem in unheated steel roofed buildings, where droplets of water condense, run and then drip. This can cause considerable damage to items stored underneath.
In buildings where thermal insulation is neither desirable nor cost effective, the best solution is to use our anti-con lined roofing panels. Anti-con is a special fleece designed to absorb moisture. This is bonded to the underside of the panel. When ambient conditions or rapid temperature changes produces condensation water, the Anti-con liner absorbs the water. Evaporation then removes this naturally throughout the day.
Anti-con can be used in any well ventilated building which has minimal heating and some daytime activity.
